The Practice:

Employed position to join PM&R doc with top notch Orthopedic group in Wisconsin.
• Care for patients with Acute or chronic pain, Neck pain, Back pain
• Urine drug screens
• Med management - quarterly appointments for stable patients
• Radiculopathy
• Suboxone

• Trigger point injections
• Botox for migraines
• Intraarticular joint injections
