NOTIFICATION OF DISPOSITION OF COLLATERAL (PUBLIC SALE)

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to §§ 9.610, 9.611 and 9.613 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, McKesson Corporation (Secured Party) will offer for public sale (Sale) to the highest qualified bidder substantially all of the personal property (Collateral) of each of the separate debtor entities Best Med, Inc., Docs Drugstore of Early Inc., Rippetoe Pharmacy Inc., and Synergistic Business Services, Inc. (each a Debtor).  The Public Sale will take place as follows:

Day:    Monday

Date:   April 19, 2019

Time:  10:00 a.m. (CST)

Place: Offices of Accuracy Plus Reporting, 104 Pine Street, Suite 708, Abilene, TX 79601. 

The Sale may be continued from time to time, without further notice other than as given at the Sale, at the sole and absolute discretion of Secured Party.

The Collateral of each Debtor shall be sold “as is” and “where is,” and all warranties of quality, fitness and merchantability are hereby excluded.  The Collateral will be sold only as a block to a single purchaser.  All bidders will be required to make certain representations as required under applicable securities laws.  Other terms of this Sale may be announced at the time of the Sale.  Each interested bidder (other than Secured Party) shall deposit $50,000.00 (cashier's or certified check) with Secured Party prior to bidding, with all deposits (except that of the highest bidder) returned at the conclusion of the bidding process.  The minimum bid for the Collateral of each Debtor shall be $50,000.

Garfinkle at 949-760-1121, or via e-mail at jgarfinkle@buchalter.com to obtain more information regarding the Sale and the Collateral of each Debtor.  Any interested bidder can obtain due diligence access upon documentary proof of financial ability to make a bid of at least $50,000 USD, payment of $550, and execution of a non-disclosure agreement to be provided by Secured Party.
