Position Overview:
Provides evaluation, treatment and follow-up to patients within a clinical nursing program. Serves as a primary point of contact for all things related to the care and education of the patients and ensures efficient and effective processes that support safe patient care throughout continuum of care. Participates in the development and implementation of clinical programs and procedures and participates in performance improvement programs. Coordinates and supervises nursing standards of practice for patients and participates in data reporting. May also be responsible for performing specific procedures and/or orient other staff to the department.

EDUCATION
Other: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Bachelor's in Nursing
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
RN-Registered Nurse of California
EXPERIENCE
Preferred experience as typically acquired in ED, ICU, and Med/Surg
2 - 3 years experience in ED, ICU, and Med/Surg area of specialization.
2 - 3 years experience in performance improvement, case reviews, and audits in an acute care hospital setting.
2 - 3 years experience in adult education, group facilitation and leadership.
License/Certifications:
RN-Registered Nurse of California - California Department of Consumer Affairs
