Seeking a Full-Time Permanent Family Nurse Practitioner! Role: This health center is actively looking to hire a full-time permanent Family Nurse Practitioner! The FNP will provide quality health care and treatment to all patients. This includes: health promotions; prevention of disease and disability; identification of health problems; management of health problems; and referral with communication to the patient's primary care provider.
