Registered Nurse Homecare Supervisor

Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Homecare Supervisor based out of our Portsmouth, NH office. The service territory will include the Greater Seacoast area. The RN Homecare Supervisor position uses clinical decision making to provide guidance to the healthcare team to efficiently and effectively manage the assigned patient population. The ideal candidate will work 24-32 hours weekly. The RN Homecare Supervisor is responsible for providing 12-16 hours of Medicare visits in addition to 12-16 hours of supervisory duties. While Registered Nurse candidates seeking full-time opportunities are preferred, we are open to discussing part-time positions as well!

Job Requirements

• Valid Nursing License in the State of New Hampshire

• 2+ years of experience in home care preferred

• 1+ year of experience in nursing supervision preferred

• Current CPR Certification required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)

• Reliable transportation
