Raisso Inc. is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Grand Junction, CO. Shift: Flex Shift Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Pay: $3240 / Week
RN provide direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.
Requirements:

2-years Registered Nurse experience ( PREFERRED )

2-years of recent Med Surg Adult/Med Surg Ortho experience ( REQUIRED )

Willing to work Variable

Active CO/Compact State RN License ( REQUIRED )

American Heart Association issued BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS ( REQUIRED )

MMR & Varicella Immunization Records/Titers ( REQUIRED )

Within 10 Yrs TDAP ( REQUIRED )

Within 7 Yrs HEP B ( REQUIRED )

COVID Vaccination Card ( REQUIRED )

Within a year Physicals and PPD ( REQUIRED )
