Position Location: Pinellas County

Reports to: Nurse Manager

Job Summary: Works under the direction of the Center Director/Manager. Ensures the medical assistants function within their scope of practice while maintaining Evara Health standards of patient care and documentation. Serves as a role model for all care team members. Adheres to ethical and professional practices.

Duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Demonstrates knowledge of and compliance with established organizational polices and procedures
  • Provides health education for patients, families and care team members as needed
  • Assists with orientation and training of Medical Assistants and other care team personnel
  • Ensures EHR tasks are completed by medical assistants, within scope of LPN practice
  • Completes clinical duties in a timely manner as requested within scope of LPN practice
  • Exhibits customer service consistent with organizational standards
  • Proficient in documenting data into electronic health record
  • Actively participates in daily huddles



Education and Experience:
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN Program
  • Required: Minimum one (1) year as an LPN in a healthcare setting with some supervisory experience
  • Preferred: More than two (2) years of experience in a health center setting as a supervisor
