Position Details
• Medical Director position to lead a busy, established outpatient behavioral health clinic specializing in a mix of mental health and substance abuse
• Flexible 4-day work week, plus no nights, weekends or call for exceptional work/life balance
• Team-based approach, including full scope of support staff including tenured case managers and therapists, plus nurse practitioner and tele-psychiatry support
Compensation Details
• Never-ending $325k+ starting salary with bonus potential
• Lucrative six-figure signing bonus package with loan forgiveness
