Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description
NRS Staffing is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dedicated team in Sun City, AZ. at a rehab center. 7 week contract.

Job scope includes but is not limited to the following:

• Conduct basic hygiene and nursing care, including administration of prescribed medications and, treatments as ordered by the physician;
• Taking vital signs;
• Obtain specimens for diagnostic testing as ordered;
• Insures patient comfort.

Documents required for consideration:

• Current Resume
• Government issued identification
• BLS (AHA required)
• ACLS (AHA required and if acquired)
• Two professional references to include the following: Name, Title, Facility Name, Address, Phone number and Length of service.

Weekly pay via Direct Deposit Immediate Start upon credentialing Shifts: Multiple shifts and days available
