Job Description

Licensed Practical Nursing- Private Duty Nursing

WORKING WITH LEGACY HEALTHCARE ADVANTAGE

Legacy Healthcare Advantage is a Millennial solution to the Healthcare Arena. We understand the obstacles, stress, and worries that come along with finding that perfect medical professional opportunity. We continuously build platforms where medical professionals from all generations discover remarkable opportunities which balance their life. From the CEO to the CNA, our partnerships will maintain respect, trustworthiness, and genuine compassion for all.

As part of our growth and evolution as a company, we are looking for experienced and licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled nursing in-home care. If you are driven by improving the lives of others and would like to make a positive impact in patients' health, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

THE "WHY" BEHIND A NURSE

Private duty nurses offer specialized, compassionate, and one-on-one services to patients of all ages (in the comfort and safe haven of the patient's residence) so that they can restore their independence and live active, safe lives one day at a time.

Private duty nurses bring versatility to the nursing profession and offer a wonderful alternative to traditional medical care in medical facilities. They focus on providing services to patients that need in-home monitoring, elderly individuals, patients who require adjustments to treatment regimens often, and patients with medical conditions that require frequent assessments and care plan changes.

By providing consistent quality medical care in a patient's home, patients get highly individualized care for as long as needed while their loved ones can visit them as well, leading to improved social life. These highly skilled individuals can reduce the number of medical appointments needed and also alleviate the fears of well-meaning relatives. Knowing that your loved one is in caring and capable hands can make a world of difference.

Benefits include:

  • • Flexible schedule

  • • Less stressed environment

  • • Weekly compensation
