The Department of Emergency Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, one of the nation’s leading comprehensive medical schools, is currently recruiting Emergency Physicians and Medical Toxicologists to join our growing academic faculty. Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and its principal teaching affiliate, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, comprise New Jersey’s premier academic medical center. A 580-bed, Level 1 Trauma Center and New Jersey’s only Level 2 Pediatric Trauma Center, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital has an annual ED census of greater than 90,000 visits.
The department has a well-established, three-year residency program and an Emergency Ultrasound fellowship. The department is seeking physicians who can contribute to our clinical, education and research missions.
Qualified candidates must be ABEM/ABOEM certified/eligible. Salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with experience. Sub specialty training is desired but not necessary.
