Opportunity:
• Outpatient-Focused Family Medicine with a multi-disciplinary team approach
• Providers interested in taking the next step into psychiatry and bringing a whole new health perspective to reverse integration and developing a new primary care service line
• Standard traditional clinic hours, great work/life balance
• Tele-medicine opportunities among clinic locations
• Optional call coverage with a stipend
• Optional involvement in health & physical exams for an Inpatient Psychiatric Unit
Requirements:
• Board Eligible/Board Certified
• Must be open to all patient populations within a rural medicine/mental health setting
Compensation/Benefits:
• Competitive guaranteed base salary around $300K - earning potential near $350K+ with new production bonus tiers
• Full benefits, 5 weeks PTO, 8 paid holidays, 5 days CME, NHSC student loan repayment option, relocation up to 15K and retention bonus negotiable
