CHA is currently recruiting a Chief for our growing Urology Division. In keeping with CHA’s commitment to strategic planning and growth, the incoming Chief will grow the urology program and services offered to our patients.  As CHA moves into its future state as a Learning Health System, our new Chief will promote continuous learning and improvement.

●    Academic appointment at Harvard Medical School available commensurate with medical school criteria

●    Fully integrated EMR (Epic) utilized throughout our ambulatory and inpatient sites

●     Robust inpatient and outpatient clinical support, including an experienced PA team.

●    Research and teaching opportunities available – CHA is a Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center general surgery training site

●    CHA’s patient population provides a unique opportunity to make healthcare accessible to all members of our diverse communities while helping to mitigate health disparities

●    Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience as clinical leaders and a history of successful program development is a plus.

●    A strong desire commitment to quality and team building

●    CHA’s Physician Organization employs more than 200 primary care providers
