St. Luke’s University Health Network, the region’s largest, most established health system, a major teaching hospital, and one of the nation’s 100 Top Hospitals is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Intensivist to join our growing pediatrics department. The service line is in the process of planning for an 8 bed PICU at our Bethlehem Campus. We are expanding our pediatrics team with physicians who strive for excellence and want to make an impact. Highlights include:

  • The Department of Pediatrics consists of inpatient, primary care and specialty care providers across a variety of practice locations. The current inpatient unit is an 18 bed unit located at St. Luke’s University Hospital in Bethlehem, PA.
  • On the inpatient unit a team of 5 dedicated pediatric hospitalists provide care 24/7 to patients admitted from any of the Network’s 10 hospital campuses.
  • Pediatric volumes have grown significantly over the past few years and the service line is looking to expand pediatric services within the community through the addition of a PICU and new pediatric subspecialists.

Candidates should possess professional and personable communication skills, exceptional problem solving skills, as well as excellent clinical skills.
