The Department of Dermatology at Stanford University School of Medicine is seeking nominations and applications for a faculty position in Mohs and Dermatologic Surgery. This appointment will be in the Clinician Educator line at the Clinical Instructor or Clinical Assistant Professor level. Faculty rank will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. The major criteria for appointment for faculty in the Clinician Educator Line shall be excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, teaching, administrative and/or scholarship appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill. The applicant should have fellowship training in Mohs and dermatologic surgery. The position allows for an opportunity for practicing Mohs surgery, dermatologic surgery, as well as develop an interest high risk skin cancer management, nail surgery and cosmetic dermatologic procedures. Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care, resident education, professional development and scholarship.
