Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a full-time BC/BE Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join us as we spearhead innovative practice models and population health initiatives! The ideal candidate will bring interpersonal and collaborative communication skills, a strong team work ethic, and willingness to embrace change. As a member of the UVMHN Medical Group, the physician can explore collaboration with an academic medical center and will enjoy a full benefits package.

Located in beautiful Middlebury, Vermont, Porter Medical Center is an affiliate of The University of Vermont Health Network, a six-hospital system that includes UVM Medical Center in Burlington, VT. PMC includes a 25-bed critical access hospital, a 98-bed skilled nursing facility, and a network of primary care and specialty medical practices.
