Permanent Family Practice Physician in San jose, California

Family Practice physician employment in California :
* *Outpatient only Family Medicine position located near San Jose, CA and Modesto, CA*
* Can live in suburbs of San Jose or Modesto
* Family medicine or Internal Medicine training required. Must be Board eligible/certified
* Negotiable base pay depending on experience. $225,000 - $250,000 range plus production bonuses (based on patient volumes)
* Negotiable Sign-on-bonus. Up to $10,000 for relocation costs reimbursed.
* Growing multi-specialty group setting
* Group has 16 providers and is expanding (10 physicians and 6 APPs)
* *J-1 visa eligible through the HHS (a non-state 30 program open year round)*

* Group currently has IM, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Cardiology, Family medicine, Sports medicine, women's health, weight loss programs, varicose vein treatment, joint injections, pain management, asthma, cancer screening services and heart disease screening.
* Group also offers in-house laboratory, digital mammograms, bone x-ray, cardio vascular ultra sounds, abdominal/Obstetric ultrasound, and bone density testing
* Group is planning to continue to grow its sub-specialty base in the future
* Group can assist in expediting the CA license and visa processing times
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
