Requirements
- LPN License
- Fingerprint Clearance Card within 30 day of employment - Facility Paid
- CPR Certificate within 90 days of employment - Facility Paid
- Referral Bonus Program: You are eligible for a $5,000 Referral Bonus if you refer an RN, LPN, or CNA. For every referral you make, you will receive an additional $2,500 per referral. The candidate must be hired full time and remain full time at the time of each incremental payout. The referring employee must also be employed at the time of payout. Ask the recruiter for details.
- Sign-on Bonus: $1,500
- $29.00 - 34.00 per hour based on years of experience
- Plus Shift Differential: $2.00/hour Evening Shift, $4.00/hour Night Shift, Plus $3.00/hour Weekend Shift
- Extra Shift Bonus: $5.00/hour
