Job DescriptionBASE WAGE:
$75,000 - $85,000 annual salary

DIRECTOR OF NURSING ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Overall responsibility for running the healthcare department and ensuring quality resident care
Complete assessments on all prospective residents and re-assessments as needed/annually
Complete plan of care on all new admits and revise as needed/annually
Utilize PointClickCare for all resident documentation - assessments, level of care, plan of care, charting, service updates, communication to floor staff, etc.
Communicate with MDs on resident concerns, changes, updates, etc.
Coordinate with the pharmacy and providers on necessary medication concerns
Oversee Healthcare team and delegating to staff providing personal cares/medication administration
Responsible for adequate staff at 24/7 healthcare facility
Ensure resident charts and cares are complete per state compliance and licensure
Maintenance of personal care supplies and PPE - ensuring adequate inventory and ordering as needed
