VISTA is currently recruiting a Nocturnist for a permanent need. A few details belowPractice Description:
318-bed hospital
Work with 2 additional Nocturnists (24 employees and 15 moonlighters)
12 shifts every 28 days. It's technically 12 shifts every 4 weeks, They make the schedule in 28 day blocks, not months. Half are 12 hours long and half are 13 hours long.
Option to do 1 random night or 3-4 in a row.
Shifts are variable: half are 12 hours long (Admitting only) and half are 13 hours long (mostly cross-cover with occasional admissions if it's a busy night)
See anywhere from 1-12 patients a night, typically 7-8
Epic EMR
Closed ICU, but are responsible for rapid responses and code blues in hospital
No procedures needed only code blues and rapid responses
Salary is $255k +$10k signing bonus
