Nurse Practitioner

Looking for a motivated, hardworking, and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant candidate to join our growing company . Ideal candidates would have previous experience working with patients in their residence or in assisted living facilities. Use of/comfort with telehealth platforms, a plus. Job Duties

• Provide general medical care to facility patient
• Diagnose, treat and manage both acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe and refill medications as appropriate
• Order and interpret diagnostics tests such as imaging and lab work
• Documents patients history and treatments in EMR
• See patients via telehealth, as needed
• some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted New York state NP or PA license
• Minimum 1 years of experience preferred
• PECOS enrolled
• DEA certified
• BCLS
• Knowledge of eclinicalworks preferred.
