* ACLS required & candidates w/ EPIC experience and within driving distance preferred but not required
* 5 - 10 patients per day, 3 - 4 cases per week,
* Open and endovascular procedures with conscious sedation required
* Credentialing needed
* DEA needed
* Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
* Assignment details and time entry in online portal

* Charter member of NALTO
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
