Legacy is recruiting an Outpatient Family Medicine Physician for our Camas Clinic, located at 1625 SE 192nd Ave., Camas, WA. Providers in this clinic include physicians and advanced practitioners all of whom have been a part of Legacy for several years. Our primary care providers are supported by individually assigned MAs as well as care teams which include panel coordinators, social workers, RN case managers, behavioral health clinicians and pharmacy. Camas is a vibrant community located just outside the Vancouver, WA. city limits, just minutes from I-205 and the Bridge into Portland, Oregon. Our clinics support the local communities by providing services to diverse patient populations. With more than 25 clinics across the Portland metro area and rural locations such as Silverton, Keizer, Sandy and St. Helens, Legacy is helping keep the Pacific Northwest healthy. ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the patient throughout the course of treatment, including reviewing clinical history, providing the physical examination, making the diagnosis, and treating both chronic and episodic disorders. Work in collaboration with the team and seek the advice of a team physician whenever a case falls outside the scope of expertise.
