Family Nurse Practitioner Marathon Health is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to treat and work with the employees and families (ages 6+) of The Vermont Country Store at their onsite health and wellness center in North Clarendon, VT. This is a 40 hour per week position. No on-call or weekends. Weekly Schedule:Monday - Friday: 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. This position scheduled to work four days per week in the North Clarendon, VT health center, and one day per week in the Manchester, VT health center. Travel one day per month each to Weston, VT and Rockingham, VT is required to visit our patients in these satellite locations. Responsibilities:
The Family Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing primary care services, conducting onsite health risk assessments, providing wellness education, supporting individual lifestyle changes, and helping individuals manage their chronic conditions. The position may also be responsible for the oversight of the care delivered by the medical staff within the Marathon Health Center. Maintaining a collaborative relationship with the center's staff is a key ingredient to success in this position.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner within a primary care/family practice settingComfortable performing point of care testing as neededElectronic Medical Record (EMR) experienceCurrent and unrestricted state licensureQualified applicants should believe in making a difference and believe in quality decisions, great communication, collaboration, and instilling trust to lead a great wellness programMarathon Health COVID-19 Testing & Vaccination PolicyMarathon Health requires all employees (excluding PRN employees) to undergo weekly COVID-19 tests for each week during which they are scheduled to work, in lieu of proof of vaccination. As of March 1, 2022, this process has been paused due to lowered community transmission, however this may be restarted in the future. COVID-19 vaccinated employees will not require weekly testing as long as they submit their vaccination records.Some of our clients have recently mandated COVID-19 vaccinations for their employees. All employees of ours at onsite clinics of these clients will require mandatory vaccinations.
