* ASAP - ongoing
* Monday - Friday, 7a-5p with a 12p-1p lunch; 4 8-hour days, 1 4-hour day
* Call: 2-6 days per month, weekday, and weekend
* Adult and Geriatric patients, no pediatrics. Ability to manage complex and aged patients.
* 2 Physicians in practice; 1 NP, 2.6 PAs, 2 RNs, 12 MAs.
* Not required to supervise
* 28 exam rooms
* Outpatient only
* 16-18 patients per day
* EMR: Epic
* Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) - Required
* Active CO license - Highly Preferred
* DEA, BLS - Required
* COVID vaccine - Required
