RN/Assistant Nurse Manager of Education - Surgery (OR) - Full Time - Sign-on Bonus Offered

Responsibilities:
RN Assistant Nurse Manager - Surgery Our team is searching for a dynamic, full-time, RN Assistant Nurse Manager to join the interdisciplinary team overseeing our Surgery unit. Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is home to the most comprehensive cardiac care in the region. Mustian Center is a multi-story 340,000+ square foot addition with modernized 28 operating rooms and 4 interventional suites, which is located at the southeast corner of the TMH campus and directly connected to the existing Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Surgical specialties include: neurosurgery, open heart, major orthopedics, ear-nose-throat, gynecological, robotics, laparoscopic, laser, plastic/reconstructive, retinal ophthalmology and minimal invasive surgery. Responsible for clinical and personnel management in addition to being clinically proficient in-patient care. Also responsible for efficient and cost-effective allocation of resources.Reports:RN/Nurse Manager Supervises:Clinical Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Patient Care Assistant, and Unit Secretary

Qualifications:
Required Education:Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Required Experience: Two (2) to five (5) years experience as a Registered NursePreferred: Previous OR experience. Required Certification/License/Registry:Current license to practice as an RN in Florida.
