Well established private four physician Pulmonary & Critical Care group seeking board certified/eligible Pulmonary and Critical Care physician.  We are located in Northern Indiana near the University of Notre Dame in South Bend.  Our practice offers consultation and ICU services coverage to 2 area hospitals as well as 2 office locations for outpatient office services. Affiliated with Level II trauma center, 1:5 call coverage.  Excellent salary, CME allowance, vacation and insurance/401K benefits.
