Plattsburgh is located on the shores of Lake Champlain, near the Adirondack Mountains, Olympic-Lake Placid region, Montreal and Burlington, VT.  Nonclinical responsibilities will include education and supervision of medical students from LCOM and residents from the University of Vermont Health Network Emergency Medicine Residency.

The Ticonderoga Campus of Elizabethtown Community Hospital is a Critical Access hospital serving the patients of New York in the Southwest geographic catchment of the University of Vermont Health Network.  The Emergency Department has just under ten thousand visits per year and is a referral hospital for both CVPH and UVMMC.
