Director of Nursing Services

Concord Care Center of Toledo - QUALIFICATIONS
Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Ohio.
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
Sufficient verbal and written communication skills to perform the tasks required.
Ability to lead the nursing department ot provide basic principles of nursing care based on standards of nursing practice.
Maintain a current certification in cadiopulmonary resuscitation.
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTIONS
Ensures 24-hour provision of nursing services within federal, state, and company requirements based on acuity of residents.
Coordinates Nursing Services with other resident services.
Evaluates and identifies nursing personnel for development and/or educational needs.
Maintains standards of nursing services within the expectations of The Nurse Practice Act and the profession of nursing.
Supervises all nursing personnel.
