The Infectious Disease Division in the Department of Pediatrics at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center/Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, TN seeks a faculty member in Transplant Infectious Diseases.

This successful candidate will join a division of five clinical faculty who are engaged in clinical, educational and translational research. In addition to transplant responsibilities, this physician will also provide patient care through the inpatient consultation service and outpatient clinic. The division has a Pediatric Infectious Diseases fellowship program in partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital with up to two fellows per year.

Memphis, the second largest city in Tennessee. Memphis has a vibrant music scene as well as many other points of interest including Beale Street, The National Civil Rights Museum, Graceland, and the FedEx Forum where Memphis’ NBA team, the Grizzlies, play.  Memphis was recently named the Best Food Town by Alton Brown of the Food Network.
