Certified Nurse Aide- CNA Full Time Benefit Eligible

Sunny Acres Nursing & Rehabilitation Center - We are looking for full-time and part-time Certified Nursing Aides to assist Sunny Acres Nursing Home residents in their activities of the residents' daily living in a dignified environment and other tasks as assigned by the nursing managers.
Required Qualifications:

C.N.A.s must have completed the CNA training program and certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. New and experienced CNA's acceptable.
Must be able to communicate, read and write in English.

Performance Standards:
All Certified Nursing Aides shall recognize the valuable role the C.N.A. plays as a front line team member, providing direct care to each resident and interacting with family members and other interdisciplinary team members.

Must be able to effectively and respectfully communicate with residents, staff, physicians and families as needed.
Must be compassionate, service focused and professional at all times.

Job Description:

Provide direct resident care as assigned by the Team Leader, and complete each assignment accurately and in a timely manner.
Accept daily assignments amicably and professionally concerning residents' bathing/dressing/grooming/ toileting tasks, as well as sitting and sleeping activities, particularly with positioning.
Accept changes to daily assignments to allow smooth operations including, Dining room tasks, meal orders, cutting food for feeding, hydration (water) and other drinking tasks, shift change reports and others as assigned.
Comply with Federal, State and Local regulations and proper long term care documentation of all tasks and activities.
