Role: represent our specialty and PCP providers in the facilities
Purpose: To serve as a bedside representative for clinicians seeing patients via telehealth
Responsibilities and duties:

Introduce the service and provider to facility leadership
Communicate and coordinate with providers and operations regarding schedules and timing
Arrive to the facility at the time of the scheduled visit
Ensure the list of patients are reviewed by leadership prior to rounding
Professionally introduce the service and the provider to the patients
Assist provider during the session with anything they require
leave the final list of patients seen with the facility and ensure to notify before leaving
