As a leading Rehabilitation provider within minutes of Ocean Medical Center in Brick and other area Hospitals, we offer a specialized level of rehabilitation programming under the direction of eminent local physicians. We provide impeccable resident care with a strong emphasis on teamwork and staff education. We recognize that our staff is our primary asset and value their effort and dedication.

Responsibilities:

Identify physician referral opportunities within the local medical community through research and prospecting. Generate sales opportunities by calling into physician offices and healthcare organizations.

Facilitate provider relationship development through education, promotion and marketing the facility's programs, services and capabilities.

Develop and maintain referral sources and increase facility's visibility and reputation in the medical community.

Manage physician relationships and serve as the information liaison between the physician and facility.

Identify and participate in local marketing events and opportunities, i.e. health and wellness fairs, through research, community awareness and consultation with offices and clinics.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years in a marketing or sales role within the long-term care, pharmaceutical sales or related healthcare/medical field.

Proven track record leveraging relationships with physicians, hospitals and medical practices to drive sales and meet aggressive goals.

Established network of physicians and medical providers in local area preferred.

Superior presentation and persuasion skills.

Strong sales orientation, energy and ability to exceed sales targets.
