Complete Care Linwood - Assistant Director of Nursing
Currently seeking a compassionate and professional Assistant Director of Nursing to help manage the nursing department of a highly successful Nursing Home.The ideal candidate must be a RN (Registered Nurse) and have previous experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Nursing:
Provide leadership to assure compliance with local, state and federal regulations and nursing practice standards.
Provide effective nurse management that assures utilization of personnel to best meet the needs of the people receiving support and services.
Infection Control certified is a plus
Requirements of the Assistant Director of Nursing
Valid New Jersey RN license
Must have Nurse Management experience
Hands on experience in a Long Term Care setting
