Registered Nurse Med Surg Post Surgical Specialty

Full Time Nights 7P-7A

Our Med Surg Post Surgical Specialty Floor provides care to a unique group of patients undergoing elective surgeries. Procedures include Ortho joints, elective Spinal and all Urology. Our fast paced 29 bed specialty unit is staffed with a team oriented group of caring Nurses and clinical professionals with a 4:1 ratio. Our team enjoys exceptional Management support, Patient Care Tech and Unit Secretary assistance, encouragement to get certifications and opportunities for continued advancement at our growing Hospital.

Qualifications
Required Job Qualifications include:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse from Texas Board of Nurse Examiners. Compact license is accepted.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare provider issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Must have recent Medical Surgical acute care experience of at least 1 year.
