* Act as the direct link to help patients succeed in inpatient rehabilitation by supervising care and treatments provided by team members.
* Lead patient assessments, create personalized plans of care and communicate progress.
* Target patient concerns and offer timely solutions.
Credentials
* Current RN licensure appropriate to state regulations (unrestricted) required.
* CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
* CRRN certification required.
* Two or more years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
