BAYADA Hospice is currently seeking an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse, RN, for on-call triage and emergency night hospice visits if needed. This office provides services to hospice clients on a per visit basis throughout multiple counties in Vermont and New Hampshire.


    Work from home on-call from 5pm to 8:30am making hospice visits if needed
    Full Time compensation and benefits
    Must have RN license in both states or apply for the other asap.

    Prior hospice home care experience strongly preferred.

      Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:



        Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories after business hours M-F

        Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care.
        Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
        Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.
        Performing client assessments as necessary.

        Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):



          A current license as a Registered Nurse in Vermont and New Hampshire. (one or the other okay to start and apply for the other asap)

          A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
          Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.
          Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
          Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
