Home Health Registered Nurse need in Ventura, CA (weekly GROSS up to $2,141)

Pioneer Healthcare Services has an excellent opportunity for a Hospice RN in Ventura, CA. We are seeking a RN that can provide care in patients homes under the direct order of a physician. RN will monitor the condition of the patient. The ideal Nurse will have a minimum of 1 year experience as a RN. This can be a travel or local assignment.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assessments
Work with patients family
Medication Administration
Communication with other disciplines
Emergency Management
Monitor patients condition
Comply with regulatory requirements, policies, procedures and standards of practice
Current state license
Maintain valid CPR certification
