Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN

Urbana Place Senior Living is looking to hire a few LPNs to join their team!!

***$2,500 Sign on Bonus!!***

The LPN will administer medications as assigned and will also be responsible for observing, intervening, resolving and documentation of any significant changes including but not limited to; refusal of medications, falls, etc. The LPN will also monitor the Certified Nursing Assistants for work performance and provision of services.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as an LPN in the the state of facility location.
• Must complete CEU's each year as required to maintain LPN licensure and hold a current license to practice nursing in the state of facility location.
• Must maintain a positive attitude and be a team player.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be able to handle emergency situations in a calm, professional manner.
