Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Assist with daily living activities including serving meals, ambulating, turning and positioning residents, etc.
Help residents with personal hygiene
Provide adjunct care
Daily medical record documentation
Assist the nurses and other staff as needed
Provide resident comfort by utilizing resources and materials, answering call lights and requests, and reporting observations to the Charge/ Staff Nurse
Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state and local requirements
Protect our values by keeping resident information confidential
