The Dental Assistant works under the supervision of the Lead RDA and are responsible for a wide range of tasks in the dental office - ranging from patient care and education to administrative duties to laboratory functions. Note: All employees need to be flexible and available to provide dental assistance and perform front desk duties based on the patient needs and as directed by office management.

What You'll Do:

Orthodontists at Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics are key leaders in our organization and work closely with other providers (hygienists, specialists, etc) and the General Manager of their office to provide the highest level of service to our patients. Our Orthodontists are able to jump into a thriving practice from day one, giving them the opportunity to rapidly grow their clinical skills, serve a high volume of patients, and grow their careers, all while being exceptionally supported by a collaborative team of experts.

Core Responsibilities:

* Practice orthodontics at assigned dental offices while upholding our company's core purpose: caring for our patients
* Work collaboratively with office team, other providers, and leadership team to execute on key activities designed to provide the absolute best patient experience
* Continually learn new techniques and information, related not only to clinical skills, but also patient experience

Education/Experience Requirements

* Dental degree from accredited dental school in the United States
* Texas or Oklahoma Dental License
* Experience is welcomed, but we also hire new graduates
