Job Title :- LPN - Skilled Nursing
Location :- Kingsport, TN
Duration :- 6 months
Shift : 11 Pm - 7 am (Night shift ) per diam
Responsibilities:
* Administers nursing services under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisor.
* Provides basic medical attention, including changing bandages, administering medication, and collecting specimens.
* Ensures the health, comfort and safety of residents by assisting with bathing, feeding, and dressing.
* Monitors and reports changes in resident's condition to supervisor.
Requirements:
* Minimum (2) two years experience in skilled nursing, long term care, or geriatric nursing
* Current valid LPN license appropriate for the state of operation,
* CPR, First Aid
