MAIN FUNCTION:
+ Coordinates the patient flow and staffing. This position represents the Hospital Administration for all administrative issues that arise during the "off shifts".
+ Assures that management plans set into action by department managers are carried through during off shift hours.
+ The Supervisor is a role model & resource for professional nursing & ancillary staff, assuring that quality care is provided.
+ Coordinates resources to meet and exceed the needs and expectat
