Full Time & Part Timeschedules available
Shift: 11pm-7am
Easily accessible via public transportation and by car
Nearby US-1 and I-95
Bus routes: transfers from 18, 19, 26, 56, 59, 66, 67 70, 77 BLVD Direct to 28
Trains:
Via Northeast Philadelphia - Trenton line to 28
Via North, South, West, and Central Philadelphia - West Trenton/Warminster/Broad St Line to 28
Via Norristown - Warminster/Norristown/West Trenton line to 28
Market Frankford Line - transfer to bus 19 or 67
Broad Street Subway Line to bus 28

The responsibilities & duties:
Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main care giver by providing necessary support for all activities of daily living
Maintain patient stability: monitor weight and vitals as well as input and output and administer tests
Communicate any observations in change of resident's status to the nursing team
Document actions by completing forms, reports, and logs
