About the position: The Nurse Manager II have 24-hour accountability for their area of responsibility. This accountability encompasses: patient care outcomes, service excellence, human resource issues, fiscal management, quality improvement compliance, and communication. Emphasis should be placed on creating a positive environment that fosters professional growth and retention. This environment is supported by this position acting as a role model and as a mentor and coach to the staff.

Requirements:
To be qualified for this position, you must meet these minimum requirements:
- EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Master's degree in related field with BSN
- Certification within specialty area within two years of assuming position.
- BLS/CPR (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers)
- Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio
- EXPERIENCE:
- 2-3 years of Progressive Leadership in Nursing
- 2-3 years of Clinical experience in Nursing in Critical Care / ICU
