We are looking for nurses to join a diverse team who bring knowledge and skills from a variety of backgrounds such as long-term care (post-acute care), ambulatory care, emergency room, Physicians office, acute care, chronic care, infirmary care and more. Our nurses have autonomy when caring for patients and you will use your strong assessment skills to quickly identify risk factors and provide quality patient care. We have well-defined nursing guidelines and protocols. When/If you do need additional help or guidance, a healthcare provider (MD/NP/PA) is available for consultation 24/7.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Conducts medical history interviews and intake process
Works closely with the facilitys healthcare provider in providing proper medical care
Provides emergency medical assistance
Schedules dental and medical appointments per healthcare providers orders
Administers medication and treatment per healthcare providers orders
Maintains control of all medications on hand in accordance with policies and procedures
Conducts nursing sick call
Assists the center's healthcare provider in conducting sick calls
Assures that policies and procedures regarding the Medical Department are followed
Assures that the medical office is clean and properly stocked
Conducts phlebotomy services Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited nursing program (Practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse)
Active state/commonwealth LPN license (Required)
Current CPR/BLS certification (Required) This position will require a background check, security clearance, and drug screening.
