Title: RN Home HealthLocation: Maury Regional Medical- Home Services Position Shift Options: PRN Position Summary:Join a team dedicated to providing excellence and compassionate, skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Duties:

• Provides Skilled services within the scope of practice as defined by the TN state laws and in accordance with physician's orders

• Performs comprehensive evaluation of the home care patient to establish the focus of care and develops plan of care in coordination with other disciplines to encompass physical, psychosocial and environmental needs

• Ensures patient care meets home health requirements and medical necessity as defined by payer

• Communicates with physicians, managers, and care team providers

• Supervises and provides clinical direction to home health aides and LPNs to ensure quality and continuity of services provided

• Participates in on-call rotation per agency policy Required:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing

• Must have valid driver's license
