Although, they have facilities nationwide, currently they are looking for help in one of their Portland, OR locations. The right candidate will be covering their Primary Care office(s).

Please note: this assignment has been labeled as "urgent care" due to the nature of acuity levels & patient volume. This is a 13 week locums contract with the option to extend (most providers choose to extend and work this role for 6-12 months or more)

Schedule:


Monday - Friday
8:30am - 5:30pm (pst)

Patients:


all ages
18 - 20 patients per day
mid - high acuity cases
Well visits, chronic care, woman's health, post and pre operative, urgent care, sick, etc

EMR:


Epic

$90/hour + Overtime pay

Training (will receive Epic training and have a gradual increase of patients while you are in the first couple of weeks)

Requirements


1 1/2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
DEA (preferred)
Oregon State license (preferred)
(2) references (Must be clinical, within 12 months, and be an MD/NP)
Able to start once credentialing is complete. Credentialing time frame is 60 days.
