Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant contract need in Whiting, IN

Job Description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting August 29-November 30 at their Corporate Health/Occupational Medicine clinic in Whiting, IN. Provider will see adults for acute episodic care, medical surveillance testing, physicals, workplace injuries, DOT drug testing, case management, and return to work services. Hours are Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Office staff include an RN, 2 Medical Assistants, and a Receptionist. Provider must have 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in Primary Care/Occupational Medicine, as well as DOT Certification. Workers Comp/case management experience is a plus.
