** Opening SOON ** Maple Heights Behavioral Health will provide a full continuum of personalized, age-appropriate services in a safe and welcoming environment.Fort Wayne will soon be home to a state-of-the-art, 120-bed behavioral health hospital where patients of all genders can receive customized care and comprehensive support. Maple Heights Behavioral Health will offer inpatient treatment, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for patients who have been struggling with anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other mental health concerns.
